70% Automotive Through-Hole Components, 30% Special Rivets
Of all the machined products we manufacture, approximately 70% are through-hole components for automotive applications, with the remaining 30% consisting of special rivets and other products.
Our plant is equipped with secondary processing machines, cutting machines, and inspection devices, enabling us to meet customer needs through an integrated production system.

Small-Lot Orders Accepted
Our total monthly production capacity reaches approximately 5 million units.
By operating our cold heading machines around the clock, we can respond quickly to urgent orders.
We also accommodate small-lot production to meet a wide range of customer needs.
High-Precision Finishing with Secondary Processing Machines
We have two NC lathes for secondary forging processing (one with a parts feeder and one with a loader). We also offer external diameter grinding, tapping, thread rolling, and secondary processing after forging.

to Die Design Using 3D CAD
We handle every stage in-house, from 3D CAD modeling to product drawings, process flow diagrams, mold assembly drawings, and final mold design. This integrated approach minimizes dimensional variations and ensures high-precision manufacturing.
